Nor-Tex Kitchen & Bath was founded during the mid sixties by Donald Massey Sr. and operated as Lewisville Countertops until 1986.  In 1986 the business was bought by Mr. Massey’s son, Donnie Massey and moved to Lake Dallas where the name was changed to Nor-Tex Kitchen & Bath, Inc. A few years later the business re-located in Corinth and in 2001 a new manufacturing facility, designed expressly for the production of cultured marble and cultured granite products, was constructed in Denton where the business now operates.   

In 2005 Nor-Tex Kitchen and Bath, Inc. was acquired by a group of investors and the name changed to Nor-Tex Kitchen and Bath, LP.  The Nor-Tex family consist of Texas Building Supply, LP; Nor-Tex Kitchen and Bath, LP;.

Creating a family of companies designed to bring the builder an opportunity to coordinate wallboard, ceiling and tile grid, joint treatment, insulation, tools, metal studs, garage doors, fireplace inserts and kitchen and bath countertops, showers, shower floors and bath tubs with single source purchasing.
